Does your school have pedagogical principles that clearly articulate commitment to ensuring quality outcomes for ALL students? If not then how can effective inclusive sustainable practice be assured? Meeting the diverse needs of all students is not an easy task and yet there are school cultures and classroom practices where designing for diversity is taken for granted. Strategies for differentiation, engagement and achievement must be underpinned by collectively agreed upon principles of inclusive practice that reduce and eliminate exclusion within and from education.
